Do you provide corporate photo booth rentals in Orlando? +
Yes. Strata Booth provides corporate photo booth rentals across Orlando and Central Florida for conferences, trade shows, corporate galas, product launches, holiday parties, employee appreciation events, and brand activations. Can the booth be branded with our company logo? +
Yes. Depending on the booth selected, we can customize photo and video templates, overlays, start screens, sharing screens, backdrops, and campaign hashtags with your logo, brand colors, and event-specific graphics.
Do you provide COI and venue paperwork? +
Yes. We carry full liability and equipment insurance and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request, naming your venue or company as additionally insured. We are experienced with venue documentation and load-in requirements at major Orlando venues.
Can you work at the Orange County Convention Center and Orlando convention hotels? +

Do you offer lead capture, surveys, or data capture? +
Basic guest sharing data is available on many booth types. Lead capture, surveys, and CRM-ready exports are available on select digital and activation packages. Availability varies by booth and software, so we confirm what's possible for your specific setup during planning.
Do all booths include prints? +
No. On-site printing with custom branded layouts is available on Pro DSLR, Glam, Vogue, Classic, and select event booth packages. AI Photo, AI Video, 360 Video, Digital, Mosaic Wall, Roaming, and Video Guest Book experiences are primarily designed for instant digital sharing. We recommend the right setup based on your event goals.
How far in advance should we book a corporate photo booth? +
For conferences, galas, and multi-booth activations we recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks ahead when possible, and earlier for peak season and multi-day events. We do accommodate shorter timelines when our calendar allows. Custom branding artwork is typically due 10 business days before the event.
How much does a corporate photo booth rental cost in Orlando? +
Corporate photo booth packages are custom quoted based on booth type, event hours, venue, guest count, branding requirements, staffing, travel, and multi-day needs. Most corporate events range from $1,500 to $5,000 or more, with larger brand activations and multi-booth, multi-day productions quoted custom.

Yes. We can provide on-site corporate headshot stations for conferences, recruiting events, leadership meetings, employee appreciation events, and company headshot days. Setup, backdrop, delivery, and retouching options vary by package and are confirmed during planning.
